Creative Toyshop will gladly accept returns within 20 days of receipt if you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase or if the product does not match the description on our site. If your return is a result of
damage during shipping or an error on the part of Creative Toyshop, we will refund the entire
purchase price, plus shipping (a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you). For all other returns,
costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.

All returns must

• Include a Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly written
on the shipping label and packing slip – please call 610-577-7982
so we can provide you with a RAN

• Use the original packaging

• Retain all tags and product packaging

• Show no signs of use
